We have received the "Silver Certification" for being a company with outstanding health standards

Hakusan Inc. made a "Declaration of Health as a Company" to the Tokyo Federation of Health Insurance Associations and received "Silver Certification" as a company with outstanding health standards on September 1, 2026.

Based on our people-centric management philosophy, which aims to bring happiness to our employees, customers, and everyone involved, we value each and every employee and promote the creation of a workplace where they can work with vitality and good physical and mental health.

Up until now, we have been continuously working to maintain and improve the health of our employees through initiatives such as promoting health checkups, encouraging follow-up and detailed examinations, conducting stress checks, and disseminating health-related information. This certification is a recognition of these efforts.

Going forward, we will continue to create workplaces where employees can work in good physical and mental health, develop systems and environments that support health promotion, and continuously disseminate health information and conduct awareness campaigns.
As the next step, we aim to obtain certification as a "2027 KENKO Investment for Health Award" and will work to further enhance our health and productivity management initiatives.
