Our company's initiatives were recently featured in a special article in the Yomiuri Shimbun titled "Companies and Individuals Relocating Their Bases from Tokyo to Regional Areas."

The article covers the circumstances surrounding our company's relocation of its headquarters from Tokyo to Ishikawa Prefecture in 2016, as well as our business development centered on "MT Ferrule," components for optical communications.
The article, which includes employee interviews, describes how having its headquarters in a regional area makes it easier to collaborate with local governments and educational institutions, and how this has led to new opportunities in talent acquisition, such as attracting people who have returned to the area from outside the prefecture.

In addition, the report includes information on strengthening production systems and new factory plans being pursued in response to the growing global demand for data centers, as well as the characteristics of business activities based in Ishikawa Prefecture.

Our company will continue to be based in Ishikawa Prefecture and strive to develop our business as a manufacturer of optical connection components that support the world's optical communication infrastructure.
