In response to the growing optical communications market, we are expanding mid-career hiring

In order to respond to the rapidly expanding optical communications market, Hakusan Inc., Ltd. will hire approximately 40 new employees, including new graduates and mid-career hires, by 2025.

Hakusan Inc., the second largest manufacturer of optical connector parts in the world, is rushing to hire about 40 new employees in an effort to become number one in the world

In anticipation of the planned expansion of production at the Ishikawa Factory (Shika Town, Ishikawa Prefecture) and the start of operations at a new factory (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) in 2025, we will strengthen our business foundation by increasing not only our manufacturing personnel, but also our factory technical personnel who will support the stable quality of mass-produced products, our new product development personnel, and also our global marketing and sales personnel to strengthen our sales system.

Referral Recruitment System

We have introduced a referral hiring system to accelerate recruitment, starting in the summer of 2024.
Through this system, we aim to secure talent that matches our corporate culture by encouraging employee referrals to recruit new employees.

To date, a total of four employees have been hired through this system.
By offering certain rewards to both the introducer and the person who has been referred, we encourage employees to stay with the company and succeed early on.

In addition, to ensure that employees can work with peace of mind, the company responds to employee feedback by providing counseling opportunities where employees can discuss their concerns, paying all transportation expenses including gasoline as many employees commute from far away, and providing snow tire allowances for employees living in snowy Ishikawa Prefecture only during the winter.
