Supportive comments

We received encouraging comments of support regarding the selection of this award.

The company has perfectly combined maximizing the strengths of its business with utilizing young, self-directed talent, creating an ideal win-win situation between business growth and the sense of fulfillment in the work of its self-directed employees. I believe this company should be called a role model for Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises going forward. (Hitoshi Yamamoto CEO & President Hokuriku Jinzai Net)

The company boasts the second-highest global market share for products essential to data centers, which are the foundation for the development of future IT and AI (artificial intelligence), and contributes to the realization of a society in which the world is connected by networks. Although the company's factory was damaged in the Noto Peninsula earthquake, it was quickly restored, and is now spreading Japan's strength to the world from Noto!
