Since around 2014, the company has implemented measures such as the introduction of a video conferencing system and the use of internal SNS and IoT to remotely monitor production sites. Efforts have been made to introduce ICT. In a short period of time, we have built a system for visualization of the manufacturing site and a remote support system, as well as a message from the president and one-on-one communication between superiors and employees, and we are reflecting these efforts in our personnel system. At the same time, the “transition to the new system” was also implemented, and was evaluated as a good example of telework initiatives in the local manufacturing industry. In addition, after December 2019, when the environment was generally improved, even with the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the advanced development of the ICT environment was successful, and a smooth shift to telework was achieved almost at the same time as the declaration of a state of emergency. I was able to take the leap.

Until the spread of the new coronavirus, we held lunch meetings at each base and held monthly MVP awards (employee portraits) by connecting all bases.We valued creating a warm atmosphere and opportunities for communication. .
