Participated in NTT R&D FORUM ― Road to 2022

On the 18th, we participated in the NTT R&D FORUM ― Road to 2022 held from November 16th (Wednesday) to November 18th (Friday).

NTT R&D FORUM is an annual technical forum held by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT).

We were specially invited to participate as an affiliated partner.

At the NTT R&D FORUM, an exhibition of surgical support robots that perform telemedicine and a roadmap for Photonics-Electronics-Convergence devices were released.

With NTT, we are jointly developing magnetic connectors that connect to Photonics-Electronics-Convergence devices, which are the cornerstone of the IOWN concept.
A magnetic connector is a high-density and small connector that uses magnetic force.
As a result of our high optical connection technology being recognized, our optical connection technology has been adopted here.

We will continue to work on research and development with the aim of further increasing communication capacity, reducing latency, and reducing power consumption.
